By booking services with Welcome Wedding Venue, you (“Client”) agree to these terms and conditions, ensuring clarity and fairness for all parties.
🏛️ Venue Usage
The venue is to be used only for the purpose specified (weddings, receptions, ceremonies, corporate functions, etc.) during booking.
Usage is limited to agreed dates and time slots, and additional charges may apply for exceeding time limits.
The client is responsible for the behavior of all guests during the event.
💰 Payments
Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment.
The remaining payment must be cleared before or on the event day as per the agreed schedule.
Payment delays may result in event cancellation without refund.
🚫 Prohibited Activities
Illegal activities, use of prohibited substances, or actions that may damage the venue’s property are strictly prohibited.
Noise levels must adhere to local regulations.
🧹 Property Care
Clients are responsible for ensuring no damage is caused to the venue, furniture, décor, or facilities.
Any damages will be assessed and the cost will be chargeable to the client.
🍽️ Vendors and Catering
External vendors and caterers must be approved by Welcome Wedding Venue in advance.
Vendors must follow venue guidelines regarding safety, cleanliness, and usage timings.
⚠️ Liability
Welcome Wedding Venue is not responsible for:
Loss or damage to personal belongings during the event.
Injuries to guests due to negligence outside the venue’s control.
Clients are encouraged to secure their valuables during the event.
🌧️ Force Majeure
Welcome Wedding Venue will not be liable for cancellations, damages, or delays due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to:
Natural calamities
Government restrictions
Power failures
Strikes or emergencies
In such cases, we will offer a reschedule if feasible.
📌 Agreement
✅ By making an advance payment and booking the venue, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
