At Welcome Wedding Venue, we understand that plans can change. This policy ensures transparency regarding refunds and cancellations for your bookings.

📝 Booking Confirmation

✅ Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment as discussed and agreed upon at the time of reservation.
✅ The advance secures your date and necessary preparations for your event.

❌ Cancellation by Client

  • 30 Days or More Before Event:
    Partial refund of the advance amount may be issued after deducting administrative and incurred expenses.

  • Less Than 30 Days Before Event:
    The advance payment will be non-refundable due to prior commitments and blocking of venue dates.

⚠️ Cancellation by Venue

In rare cases where we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, or technical issues), we will:
✅ Offer a full refund of the advance paid
OR
✅ Reschedule the event to another mutually agreeable date at no additional cost.

🔄 Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.

📌 Important Notes

✅ By making an advance payment, the client fully accepts and agrees to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
✅ All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email or official WhatsApp and acknowledged by Welcome Wedding Venue.
✅ Any additional services booked with third-party vendors through Welcome Wedding Venue will follow the respective vendor’s cancellation policies.
